There are no longer any hotel rooms or residence apartments available.
To participate, you can stay at a hotel in Castiglione della Pescaia and pay for meals (lunches and dinners) at Riva del Sole.

It is still possible to book triple and quadruple occupancy in the apartments of the Riva del Sole Residence.
The Riva del Sole Resort & SPA is made up of a hotel, dozens and dozens of residences with apartments and several Villas.
The Summer School is going very well and consequently there are no more singles and doubles in the hotel and in the apartments of the residences BUT there are still dozens and dozens of Apartments in triple and quadruple occupancy in the flats of the Residences. So there are still many accommodations available in the apartments of the Riva del Sole Residences.
We only have space for participants and not for accompanying persons. We have received a high number of requests. We have a growing number of people on the waiting list. We can only accommodate school participants, sorry.
Hence, requests for Accompanying Persons will be not considered. The Hotel will check the names of the Accepted Students to Confirm the Booking.
If we find registrations that do not meet the school’s target audience (for example, Associate Professors, Full Professors or any Senior Profile) we will immediately proceed to cancel the registration and the corresponding accommodation at Riva del Sole.

Riva del Sole is NOT fully booked, there are dozens and dozens of hotel rooms and apartments reserved only for IAISS 2025 participants.
Some participants are writing to us that by going to the Riva del Sole website (or other websites) that there are no more rooms and apartments, but this does not correspond to reality, because the hotel rooms and the apartments are reserved only for IAISS 2025 participants from 20 to 26 September.
