School Registration and Fees

Early Registration Fee (by ~~June 23, 2025~~ ): € 580
Late Registration Fee (from June 24, 2025): € 630

The Registration Fees cover:

all school sessions,
oral presentations,
tutorials,
PayPal/Bank service, VAT,
all the scientific activities.

Registration and Payment

Fill in the registration form below with all the necessary information on the attending person; it is also possible to specify a different paying person/Institution.

Only credit card payment is allowed. The transaction is managed by PayPal. It is not compulsory to got a PayPal account: indeed it is also possible to directly typewrite the details of any accepted card choosing the option “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” (PayPal Guest Checkout).

You will receive the registration and payment receipts by email upon completion of the payment process (usually few minutes). No email is sent if the payment is cancelled or uncompleted.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests received within 30 days of registration will receive a full refund less 50 Euro in processing charges. After 30 days of registration no refunds will be given. Furthermore, for all participants who register from May 23, 2025, the last day to request a refund is June 23, 2025, after June 23 no refunds will be given.

Participants (who have registered and paid) for IAISS 2025 who do not make a reservation at Riva del Sole Resort & SPA (the Course Venue) will be automatically cancelled from registration and participation in IAISS 2025. The Applicant will receive a full refund less 75 Euro in processing charges. All reimbursements are processed 4-8 weeks after the Summer School.
