Accommodation


Participants must book and stay at the Riva del Sole Resort & SPA (Castiglione della Pescaia – Grosseto  – Tuscany, Italy), which is the venue of IAISS, where Hotel Rooms  and Apartments are available. 

The Accommodation Booking Form will be sent by email to all participants who have already registered for IAISS 2025.

Hence book your accommodation at the school venue, “Riva del Sole Resort & SPA”  by July 23, 2025.

Once accommodation has been booked at “Riva del Sole Resort & SPA“, the participant must send this information (including the Booking Number) to the IAISS organizing committee (iaiss@icas.cc).

IAISS is a residential school, so all lecturers and participants must reside in the same Hotel (Riva del Sole Resort & SPA). No exceptions are made. 
For privacy reasons, the Hotel can not match people. If you have someone to share the apartment with, please send to the Hotel ( booking.events@rivadelsole.it ) the name, surname and email address. Otherwise the solution is to book an apartment in single use or an Hotel room in single occupancy.
Accommodation is based on  first-come-first served.

Accommodation: from September 20 (check-in) to September 26 (check-out) at Riva del Sole Resort & SPA (the school venue).

Meals: from the dinner of September 20 to the breakfast of September 26.

Hotel Room: sqm 20 – up to 2 people (double bed or twin beds on request). 43’ LED satellite smart TV, minibar, slippers, bathrobe, A/C, telephone and safe for the PC.

Apartment: sqm 57 – up to 4 people (only single beds). In small buildings of four apartments spread over two levels, this type of apartment is composed of a kitchen, a twin bedroom and a living room with a single sofa-bed and an extra bed. The apartments are equipped with ceiling fans (no air conditioning). High speed Wi-Fi connection (2,5 Gb) – guaranteed only in common areas.

The price is in full board and includes the meals from the dinner of September 20 to the breakfast of September 26.

Remember: you need to book your accommodation (in Full Board) at the school venue and pay the amount  directly to the Riva del Sole Resort & SPA.

Guests (the accompanying persons) must participate in the meals at their own expenses. Obviously, all the guests must pay the corresponding accommodation. Guest participation is in any case dependent upon availability of accommodation and there will be extras charges for double or multiple occupancy and meals.
